This consisted of a man in bed in the beginning and he could not sleep, then it showed a screen that he watched through seeing himself from another person's view then at the end of the advert he turns to his wife and tries to go back to sleep and then at the end it showed a website/link for those who may need help. As a director the location may have not been as expensive or difficult to access, the locations were mainly focused in his bedroom with his wife and then also his home in the screen and his job too. As a director I would be in touch with the videographer focusing on the characters facial expressions to bring empathy to the audience as they watch this clip. This has helped me focus on my character's appearance and view through someone else's in my own advert.

This advert was focused on a female girl, who looks like a teenager it shows her at a bus stop at night, while the background is her voice speaking, this is spreading awareness as they are putting the audience into the character's shoes. The camera angles and the way that the character is portraying herself as a person with mental health problems is inspiring me as a director to encourage my cast to act the same way.
