I, Marison Bolena acknowledge my participation in a Short Film (media campaign) with the Waltham Forest community. As the team leader I am asking for permission on behalf of the Bolena Film Crew.  

 

I hereby irrevocably grant the Team Leader, and to the rest of the crew the right to use the premises Leyton (Waltham Forest), however this will only be allowed with the appropriate use of the area and also ruled and regulations being followed. The area will be allowed to be filmed with the different use of motions but only in appropriate manner,were the members of the public’s privacy is not disrupted or the members of the public is not offended.

 

Therefore, I give all consent to use the area but use of music if needed is seen to be limited in public grounds.
